At Jeff Richards Preservations we provide expert diagnosis of rising damp, penetrating damp, dry rot, wet rot, and related problems.

We specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of these and other problems as well as the damp proofing and tanking of domestic and commercial properties.

Established in 1989, we have a vast array of experience in damp proofing and related services and are a CSSW certified surveyor. Our small but close knit team possess a range of cumulative skills and we believe our expertise and knowledge are what sets us apart from our competitors.

We are contracted with Wykamol, from whom we source top quality damp and timber products and tanking materials. We are also in partnership with 'New Air' who provide air conditioning units and extractors for use in combating condensation problems.
